What Data We Collect and Why

We only collect data that serves a real purpose. Here’s what we collect and why:

Contact Forms

When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on our site (powered by Jotform), we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use this to respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you sign up for our newsletter or Global Intelligence Report, we collect your email address. We use this to send you the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Consultation Booking

When you book a consultation through our scheduling tool (Calendly), we collect your name, email address, and timezone. This is used to set up and confirm your meeting.

Payments

When you purchase a service or subscription through our website, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the basic details needed to fulfill your order. For more on how Stripe handles your data, see stripe.com/privacy.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed password. This is used to give you access to any purchased content or subscription features.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized data about your device type, browser, general location (country/region), pages visited, time spent, and how you arrived at the site. This helps us improve content and user experience. Analytics cookies are only placed after you provide consent via our cookie banner.

Server Logs

Our web host (Hostinger) automatically records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and access timestamps. These are used for security, troubleshooting, and uptime monitoring. We do not use server logs to build profiles on individual users.
